BTS releases newest album "Proof"

Korean boy group BTS drops anthology album and ARMYs are feeling nostalgic.

For their upcoming ninth anniversary, BTS releases their much-awaited anthology album “Proof.” The release came almost two years after dropping their last full album “BE.”

“Proof” is a three-CD album that features what's said to be the past, present, and future of BTS. It contains hits from the past and present that were handpicked by the members themselves as well as three new songs, “Yet to Come,” “Run BTS,” and “For Youth.”

Some of the septet's hits that were included in the album are “Fake Love,” “Spring Day,” “DNA,” and “Boy With Luv.”

Along with the album's release is the drop of the music video of the new song “Yet to Come” which was written by rappers RM, Suga, and J-Hope and expresses a positive and hopeful message. In the music video, all the members are dressed in white and are seated in the desert jammin' with each other.

This year especially,   BTS   has been topping the charts and   making history . “Butter” officially became the song of the summer as it also became the   longest-leading hit   of 2021. "Our company has worked hard to resume preparations for the BTS  Map of the Soul  tour, knowing that all fans have been waiting eagerly and long for the tour," the group's label, Bighit, said in a  statement  on Thursday. "However, due to changing circumstances beyond our control, it has become difficult to resume performances at the same scale and timeline as previously planned. Therefore we must announce the cancellation of the BTS  Map of the Soul  Tour."
